Ordering and Delivery
5.1 We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is or appears to be under the age of 18 without appropriate identification. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
5.2 All deliveries must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over. As per the “Challenge 25” policy (https://www.wsta.co.uk/Challenge-25) anyone who appears under the age of 25 but over the age of 18 must provide an acceptable form of identification (a card bearing the PASS hologram, a photographic driving licence or a passport).
5.3 We reserve the right not to accept any orders
5.4 The placing of an order on our website does not constitute a contract, which is made only when we accept your order and process your payment.
5.5 All goods are offered subject to availability. We do aim to keep the stock status of each product up to date on the website.
5.6 We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days utilising Royal Mail’s Signed For 2nd Class Delivery (for more information please refer to https://www.royalmail.com/sending/uk). Deliveries will only be made to UK addresses as defined by the Royal Mail Group.
Prices
6.1 Prices are not inclusive of VAT – The Selfish Spirits Company Limited is not yet a VAT registered company.
6.2 Promotional offers and prices are as stated with no further discounts available.
6.3 We endeavour to ensure all pricing information on this website is correct and accurate. If there is a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with it at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
6.4 We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.
6.5 Accepted Card types (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.) are those listed by our payment providers PayPal and Stripe.
Breakages, Returns and Refunds
7.1 Whilst we pack our goods in industry recommended packaging, occasionally breakages do occur. These must be confirmed to us within 5 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund or replacement provided we are satisfied the breakage occurred as an error of the parcel carrier during delivery.
7.2 You may cancel your order at any time before it has been passed onto the courier to receive a full refund. Once the order has passed hands no refund can be processed unless relating to section 7.1.
7.3 Refunds are processed by PayPal, and may take up to 2 weeks to appear in your account.
